·        Provided construction management for $1.5M industrial furnace.  Assisted in keeping project schedule, and monitoring budget, safety, and quality.  Assisted client with purchase of specialty items through competitive bidding process.  On site representative ordered supplies through client's purchasing system.

·        Worked on miscellaneous energy savings projects.  Determined cost of operations and projected savings.  Developed construction cost estimates and determined payback period.

·        Provided design drawings and documentation for several industrial furnace combustion safety upgrades.  Currently in process of assisting of purchasing and construction monitoring.

·        Quench System Cooling Modifications.

·        Solved negative pressure problem for existing manufacturing facility. 

·        OSHA Mechanical Integrity Inspection and Reporting – Performed remaining life evaluation on various pressure vessels, storage tanks, and piping systems.

·        Engineered fall protection systems for rail cars and truck loading docks.

·        Engineered dust collection system for equipment from relocated food processing facility.  Designed ductwork to balance and flow with the requirements of the existing blower and scrubber, and still maintain the required transport velocities.

·        Pipe Stress and Supports on various beverage expansion projects. Checked piping drawings including P&ID’s, general arrangements and layouts, module and skid drawings, piping spool fabrication drawings. 

·        Water Recovery and cooling.  Once through water cooling for furnace fan bearings.  Project cost

·        Solved harmonic vibration problem of existing boiler piping –modified natural frequency by “tightening” the system while still maintaining enough flexibility to allow for thermal expansion. 

·        Day-Glo – Powdered Pigment pneumatic conveying transfer
